Usage:
2 Years - Indiana only to include OOH, Billboards, Displays, Web, Social Media, Email & PowerPoint
(Baby image - in perpetuity; adults will be paid renewal fees if usage extended beyond 2 years)
Shoot Dates:
1 Day, no more than 5 hours on set
Date TBD, but will be one of the following:
Thurs, March 23
Fri, March 24
Mon, March 27
or Tues, March 28
Shooting in Indianapolis
List any conflicts on Google Form
Rate:
Adults - $2,750 total (less commission)
broken down: $500 session / $1,500 use for OOH/Billboards/Displays / $750 use for Web/Social
Baby - $500 total (less commission) for session/usage
*No travel fees/hotel from non-local talent, must work as a local
Roles:
Mom #1
Female | 18 - 30's | Caucasian
Body types from slender to full figure are OK. They will be putting a pregnancy belly on models to make them appear as though they are pregnant. (Or if you happen to be pregnant in real life, you can also submit and make note on Google Form).
Mom #2
Female | 18 - 30's | Hispanic
Body types from slender to full figure are OK. They will be putting a pregnancy belly on models to make them appear as though they are pregnant. (Or if you happen to be pregnant in real life, you can also submit and make note on Google Form).
Mom #1
Female | 18 - 30's | Black

Baby
Male or Female | 3 - 6 months old | Black
If we have a real mom/baby, that's great! Or if you have a baby that you are comfortable with having them shoot with another model portraying their mom, you can submit them solo.
Submission Information:

We will be submitting your portfolios, no video auditions for this. However, they would also like current digital snapshots, so please have someone take a photo of you with a phone and send to us on the upload link below. Please do one close-up (head/shoulders) shot and one full-length shot. NOT a professional photo - looking for a current photo taken today.

Please rename your files with your First and Last name (Mary Smith 1, Mary Smith 2) before uploading.

Please complete the Google Form at the link below to let us know if you'd like submitted or not, any potential conflict dates, etc.
