Job:               Portable X-Ray Machine Photo Shoot

Status:           Non-Union

Usage:           All media, except billboard/TV, in perpetuity.  (This is aimed at healthcare            professionals, not consumers)

Shoot:            Monday, December 28th, full day, in Indianapolis 

                     (must work as local)

Rate:              $1,100

Deadline:        Monday, December 21st - 10AM

Audition Information:

They would like to see current snapshots of each person.

• Your phone camera is fine

• Have someone take one headshot (shoulders up) of you and one full length body shot  (Have someone else take your photos instead of a selfie)
