"Happy Halloween Weekend" Still Photography Shoot

Shoot Dates: 

Saturday, October 14th

Backup/Rain date: Sunday, October 22nd

Ideally want people who don't have a conflict with either date.

Full 10-hour day

Location:

Holiday World

Santa Claus, Indiana

(Southern Indiana)

Rate:   

Adults - $1,200 (less commission)

Kids - $800 (less commission)

Real Family of 4 (2 adults/2 kids) - $4,000 flat (less commission)

​

*Out of town talent - $100 gas stipend, plus hotel either night before OR after shoot, depending upon what is needed.

​

Usage:

5 Year buyout Indiana, Kentucky and St. Louis areas for STILL IMAGES ONLY: digital ads, social media posts, brochures, print ads, website, OOH/possible outdoor board during 6-7 weeks before Fall 2024.

Roles:

*They are open to either pairing individuals together to create a family OR a real family of 4.  They may add a couple extra kids into too.  So, if you have a full family and want to submit, great.  If you are a single parent with 2 kids, that's fine and they can match you with another pretend parent, etc.

Submission Information:

1. Respond to the Google Form below and let us know if you plan to audition or not.  And if you plan to submit, you can fill out other details about conflicts, etc.

2. Below is a PDF with the audition instructions.  Pretty simple, just a quick video with your phone and a current digital photo.  Please read through the instructions.  (If you have any tattoos or piercings (other than ears) that are visible on arms, neck, face, etc., please make sure those are visible in the video and/or photo.  Tattoos are fine, they just want to be aware.)

3. Deadline for Audition Submissions:  Monday, the 18th, Noon.
