Shoot Dates: 

Wednesday, June 22nd in Greenfield, Indiana (east of Indianapolis)

Rate:   

Session (3 hours) - $525 + Usage - $1,000 (less commissions)

Out of town talent must work as local, no travel fees/hotel.

WOMAN - CANCER PATIENT

Female | 30 - 45 | Any ethnicity 

​

MAN - CANCER PATIENT

Male | over 45 + | Any ethnicity

​

OBGYN PATIENT

Female | 20 - 30 | Any ethnicity

​

MOM

Female | 30 - 40 | Any ethnicity 

DAD

Male | 30 - 40 | Any ethnicity

CHILD

Female or Male | 5-10 | Any ethnicity

• We are just submitting photos for this one, no audition videos.  So please reply to the Google Form to let us know if you want submitted or not.
