Usage:           

Unlimited global usage - in perpetuity (stills only, no video)

 

Shoot:           

TBD, 2 days - between August 22 - September 2 in Indianapolis

(Talent will be needed for 2 days)

Rates:              

Session Fees - $500/day x 2 days = $1,000 (less our commission)

Usage - $ 10,000 (less our commission)

*Must work as local, no additional travel stipends/hotel for out-of-town talent

  • Looking for darker hair or gray.  Not blonde hair/blue eyes.

  • Needs to be visibly thick in the middle/waist

HEALTHCARE PROVIDER

Female | Late 30s to 65 | Latino/Hispanic, Caucasian (darker hair, not blonde), Asian, Multi-Ethnic

PHYLLIS

Female | 55 to 70 | African American, multi-ethnic

  • Would love salt and pepper hair if possible

  • Not someone super thin, prefer a few extra pounds

  1. They will be casting off photos.  We will initially just be sending your headshots/portfolio.  They will narrow down a short list of talent and will ask for current digitals at that time for those people.
