Talent Fusion is a modeling and talent agency based in Indianapolis.  Potential talent may utilize our website to submit applications to be reviewed by the staff in consideration to be represented by the agency. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via forms, email or other direct contact from you.  We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site.  Our staff will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share or sell your information with any third party, other than as necessary to perform the services we provide (For example, clients wanting to book talent for a job may have access to your name, sizes, images, etc.)  No social security numbers or financial information is collected or stored on our website.

 

Third Party Vendors

Your information may be shared with outside third parties in which Talent Fusion works, such as accounting firms, legal counsel, or webmasters.  The information would be shared only to the extent in which is needed for the party to perform their services and will not be used for anything else.  Your information may be shared to law enforcement agencies if required to do so by law.

Age of Consent

Only adults 18 years or older may submit forms to be considered for representation.  Minors under the age of 18 should have parents/legal guardians over the age of 18 submit their information on their behalf or give permission for the minor to submit the information under their guidance.  Children under the age of 13 should always have a parent or guardian contact us on their behalf.  We do not know knowingly communicate with or collect information from children 13 or under at any time. 

 

Security

Our website is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL) for increased security.  Although no method or platform on the internet can guarantee zero risks of hacking. 

 

Newsletters

Information collected on this site may be used for mailing lists for newsletters, which highlight services and activity we have done at the agency.  Parties may opt-out of newsletter mailing lists at any time.

If we make any changes to our process or practices, we will update this privacy policy and will indicate this change by a new “Updated” date.  All changes will go into place effective the date of the update.
