Talent Fusion is a modeling and talent agency based in Indianapolis. Potential talent may utilize our website to submit applications to be reviewed by the staff in consideration to be represented by the agency. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via forms, email or other direct contact from you. We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. Our staff will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share or sell your information with any third party, other than as necessary to perform the services we provide (For example, clients wanting to book talent for a job may have access to your name, sizes, images, etc.) No social security numbers or financial information is collected or stored on our website.
Third Party Vendors
Your information may be shared with outside third parties in which Talent Fusion works, such as accounting firms, legal counsel, or webmasters. The information would be shared only to the extent in which is needed for the party to perform their services and will not be used for anything else. Your information may be shared to law enforcement agencies if required to do so by law.
